Orlando Zegarra García, born on February 8, 1956, in Magdalena del Mar, Lima, Peru, is a distinguished graduate of the National Superior Autonomous School of Fine Arts of Peru. His academic journey in the arts spanned from 1974 to 1981, culminating with an Honorable Mention in the Sabino Springett promotion.
García's artistic career is marked by significant participation in prominent international exhibitions.
